Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations across 3-5 production lines
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Manage team scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, first-pass yield, and downtime metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues
- Coordinate with procurement for material inventory optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and assembly processes
- Proven ability to manage teams of 15-20 employees
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
