Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Train and mentor 15+ production staff on safety protocols and equipment
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Manage inventory control and material flow optimization
- Facilitate continuous improvement Kaizen events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision with lean certification
- Proven experience with PLC systems and automation
- OSHA 30-hour training and safety leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with Six Sigma Green Belt
- Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
