Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams through training and performance management
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement
- OSHA certification and comprehensive safety management experience
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
