Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15-20 manufacturing technicians
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor production KPIs and adjust processes to meet/exceed targets
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 regulations
- Manage inventory control and optimize workflow scheduling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision or production leadership
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding production targets
