Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow optimization
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Train and mentor production teams on safety protocols
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, throughput, and defect rates
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control and material allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and automation
- Proven leadership in union/non-union environments
- Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
