Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations of 15+ team members across 3 assembly lines
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, TPM)
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and OSHA safety protocols
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting 15%+ productivity gains
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, quality, and logistics teams
- Develop and execute production schedules meeting 99.5% on-time delivery
- Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years progressive manufacturing experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and OSHA safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software (SAP/MES)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Valid Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing industry required
