  • Proven track record of improving production metrics (OEE, scrap reduction, throughput)
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and implement data-driven solutions
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and thorough knowledge of industrial safety standards
  • Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
