Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor production staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap rates, and on-time delivery metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams for continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control and material flow through production lines
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and assembly processes
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Advanced proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
