Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities for 50+ team members across 3 assembly lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, quality metrics, and safety compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Develop training programs to enhance operator skills and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and material flow through ERP system
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen events)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods
