Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ production team members across multiple shifts
- Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve OEE by 15%
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and new product launches
- Manage inventory levels and production scheduling to meet customer demand
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership
- Certified Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 9001 standards
- Expertise in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience highly valued)
- Proven track record of improving KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak production
