Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ production staff across multiple shifts
- Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Implement and maintain OSHA/EPA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with quality assurance team to resolve production issues
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machinery and automation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 30-hour training certification
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
