Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ production team members to achieve daily/weekly output targets while maintaining quality standards
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment uptime and reduce downtime
- Train and develop staff through structured onboarding and skill-building programs
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain zero-defect standards
- Manage inventory levels and material flow to prevent production delays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven track record of reducing production costs and improving efficiency
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred
