Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3-5 manufacturing lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and mentor production teams on safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap rates, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and new product launches
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory control and material flow through the production cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or production management
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, assembly processes, and quality control systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
