Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train, supervise, and mentor production staff to ensure high performance
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
- Generate production reports and analyze KPIs for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when required
