Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met with 99% quality compliance
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize workflows
- Train and mentor 15+ production technicians on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production bottlenecks
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate production documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 5S methodology
- Ensure OSHA compliance across all production areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing production supervision
- Certified Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt
- Advanced proficiency in PLC systems and SCADA interfaces
- Strong experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Ability to read technical blueprints and CAD drawings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
