Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently
- Lead, train, and mentor production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Monitor quality control processes and resolve production issues promptly
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on equipment upgrades
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and ISO 9001 compliance standards
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of improving KPIs (OEE, first-pass yield)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when required
