Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization and innovation
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control and material flow through production lines
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster a culture of safety excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
