Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets
- Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Train and mentor production teams to enhance technical capabilities
- Implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product integrity
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and production data to drive performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with proven results
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA certification and safety program management experience
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
