Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations for 15+ team members across 3 assembly lines
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
  • Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage inventory control and material flow for JIT manufacturing processes
  • Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and quality protocols
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization and new product integration
  • Prepare production reports and performance metrics for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in manufacturing production with 2+ years in supervisory roles
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology
  • Expert knowledge of CNC machinery, robotics, and automated production systems
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding KPIs (OEE, scrap reduction, on-time delivery)
