Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 15-20 team members across 2-3 manufacturing lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency by 15% annually
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and safety protocols
- Train and mentor production staff on new equipment and processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
- Generate production reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proven track record of reducing production costs while improving quality metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
