Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize workflows
- Train and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety management experience
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production tracking software
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
