- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety protocols and quality standards

- Develop corrective action plans for production bottlenecks
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for 99.7% equipment uptime

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- 5+ years in supervisory roles within automotive manufacturing
