- Enforce OSHA compliance protocols, achieving zero-accident records for 12+ months
- Manage inventory control systems, maintaining 99.5% accuracy in raw materials
- Drive quality initiatives, reducing defects by 25% through Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of CNC machining, robotic automation, and ERP systems
- Proven ability to reduce production costs by 15%+ annually
