Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Train and mentor production teams on equipment operation and quality protocols
- Collaborate with engineering to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination for seamless production
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
