Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations across 3-5 manufacturing lines ensuring KPI targets are met
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize workflow efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events and process optimization
  • Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions for non-conformance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on new product launches and process upgrades
  • Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field
