Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards

- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet production targets
- Manage inventory control and material handling systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Certification in OSHA safety protocols preferred
- Experience with automated production systems and PLCs
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
