Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Optimize manufacturing processes using lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment reliability programs
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and new product introductions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma/5S/TPM)
- OSHA 30 certification and safety program management experience
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, or MES)
- Proven track record of KPI improvement (OEE, scrap reduction, throughput)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
