Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 50+ team members across multiple assembly lines
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams
- Develop and optimize production schedules to meet client deadlines
- Conduct performance reviews and skill development sessions for team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing production supervision
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing
- Proven experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, or assembly processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
