- Supervise 15-20 production team members across multiple shifts
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Monitor production metrics (KPIs) and maintain quality control standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Develop and optimize production workflows using ERP systems
- Train staff on safety protocols and operating procedures
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production management software
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency by 15%+
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
