Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations of 3 manufacturing lines, ensuring output meets 98% efficiency targets
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing processes (5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
- Train and mentor cross-functional teams in equipment operation and safety protocols
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap rates, and first-pass yield
- Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve production defects within 24 hours
- Manage inventory control and material flow through ERP systems
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive sector experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and confined space entry training
- Proven track record in reducing production costs by 15%+
