Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Train and mentor team of 15+ production technicians
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate with quality control team to maintain <0.5% defect rate
- Manage production schedules and inventory control systems
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Kaizen methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- 5+ years experience in production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and assembly processes
- Proven track record in safety leadership
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
