Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met with optimal efficiency
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Enforce strict quality control protocols and ISO 9001 compliance standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization and new product introductions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Expertise in ERP/MES systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when required
