Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities of 15+ team members across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve efficiency by 15% annually
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and ISO 9001 certification requirements
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet monthly KPI targets
- Train and mentor production staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Collaborate with engineering team for process improvements and cost reduction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and experience with safety compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven track record of reducing production costs and improving output quality
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
