Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Train and mentor production teams on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with engineering team on process improvements and technology integration
- Monitor KPIs including output, defect rates, and on-time delivery
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and ISO 9001 compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30 certification required
