Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 production staff across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15%
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage production schedules to meet 98% on-time delivery targets
- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with engineering department
- Train staff on new equipment and process upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and production software
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods
