Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations of 15+ team members across multiple assembly lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput by 15%
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and ISO 9001 quality standards
- Train and develop staff in CNC machining, robotic automation, and quality control processes
- Collaborate with engineering to implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage production schedules, inventory control, and equipment maintenance
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in production/supervisory roles
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Demonstrated success in reducing production costs while improving quality metrics
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, robotic automation, and assembly processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification and experience with safety compliance programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
