Responsibilities
- Lead 15-20 production team members across 3 rotating shifts
- Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve 99% quality compliance and 95% OEE targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for product launches
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Train and develop team members on new equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive industry experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, or assembly processes
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety management experience
- Proven track record of reducing costs and improving productivity
