Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across 3-5 assembly lines
- Implement Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage team performance through coaching and KPI tracking
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Optimize material flow and inventory control systems
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with engineering on process upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership role
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of ERP/MES systems
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
