Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15-20 production staff across multiple shifts
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer deadlines
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for equipment optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and GMP protocols
- Proven experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
