Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met with zero safety incidents
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ technicians and operators
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity by 15%+
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and quality control inspections
- Analyze production data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product launches and process optimizations
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics for raw materials
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Proven track record of improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining and assembly processes
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle experience)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak production
