- Oversee daily production operations for 25+ manufacturing staff

- Train and mentor production teams on new equipment and processes
- Monitor KPIs including throughput, defect rates, and equipment uptime

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred

- Proven track record of meeting production targets and cost controls
