Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met with zero safety incidents
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 production technicians through daily coaching
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, quality metrics, and throughput rates
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Proven expertise in process optimization and root cause analysis
- Strong proficiency with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience with automated assembly line operations
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
