Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations across 3 production lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15%
- Manage team of 25+ union and non-union personnel
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards
- Develop annual production budgets and cost control measures
- Coordinate with R&D on new product integration
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership roles
- Proven experience with Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Experience with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
