Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines for production runs.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and execute minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Document production activities and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machining (Milling or Turning).
- Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam or Fusion 360).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- High School Diploma or GED; Technical degree or apprenticeship certification preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of reliability and attention to quality.
