- Champion organizational culture and DE&I initiatives across all levels of the company.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or People Management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of building successful HR processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and modern people analytics tools.
