Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement equitable compensation and benefits structures to maintain competitive advantage.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance company culture through employee engagement and retention programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and people data to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and professional development coaching for staff at all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead organizational change initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling).
