Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier diverse talent.
- Manage comprehensive onboarding programs that drive early employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development paths.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights on employee turnover, engagement, and productivity.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to ensure transparency and culture alignment.
- Manage benefits administration and ensure full compliance with California labor laws.
- Facilitate leadership training and team-building workshops to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Ops roles.
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws, compliance, and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.
- Experience using modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
