We are looking for a hands-on partner to scale our HR infrastructure as we enter our next phase of hyper-growth. You will work directly with leadership to define our talent strategy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution processes.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive market alignment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and compliance workflows.
- Spearhead internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or People Operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and California compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and modern payroll software.
