Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing top-tier talent to final offer negotiations.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including feedback loops, goal setting, and professional development.
- Champion organizational culture initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor regulations.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to maintain industry-leading retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech-forward or startup environment.
- Proven expertise in HRIS management and data-driven people analytics.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance best practices.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive 'builder' mindset.
