Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business growth goals.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to offboarding.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Partner with leadership to manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll.
- Oversee HRIS data integrity and provide actionable analytics for talent planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and federal employment standards.
- Proven track record of managing HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Rippling, or BambooHR).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
